Belong Nordic, Terms and conditions

Acceptance

By downloading or using Belong Nordic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Belong Nordic is made by Jordi Fakiani López, a sole trader based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What Belong Nordic is

Belong Nordic is a personal tracker. It helps you see your own distance to Nordic citizenship by organising the information you enter against published rules, and it splits that distance into the part you control and the part you do not.

Belong Nordic is not legal advice

This is the most important term. Belong Nordic is an information tool, not a lawyer and not an authority. The estimates, dates and statuses it shows are based on published rules as of a stated date. Those rules change, sometimes with little notice and sometimes retroactively. Belong Nordic can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Nothing in the app is legal advice and nothing in it is a promise about whether or when you will qualify for citizenship or residence. Before you make any decision, verify your situation with the responsible authority. That is SIRI in Denmark, Migrationsverket in Sweden, UDI in Norway or Migri in Finland. You can also speak with a qualified adviser. You use Belong Nordic at your own risk and you are responsible for any decision you make.

Subscriptions

• Belong Nordic offers an optional auto-renewable subscription.
• The price is 199 DKK per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• If you start a free trial, any unused part of it is lost when you buy a subscription, where the law allows.
• Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple. Apple's standard terms for in-app purchases also apply.

No warranty

Belong Nordic is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current or free of errors, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted. The rules it reflects are summaries of complex law and they are not a substitute for the official sources.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Jordi Fakiani López is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of Belong Nordic or from any reliance on the information it shows, including any decision about residence, citizenship, travel, work or money. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy with the app is to stop using it and cancel any subscription.

Acceptable use

Use Belong Nordic for your own personal, lawful purposes. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content.

Intellectual property

Belong Nordic, its name, design and content are owned by Jordi Fakiani López. These terms do not give you any ownership of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Denmark.
